Maximillian's Pizza opened in Cary, NC sometime over summer/fall of 1991.
Exactly when, no one is sure.  Everything became a blur when the reviews and
awards started to arrive.  Grilled pizzas and assorted pastas and such became a
bit of a mania in that small building, once a Hardees on Buck Jones Road.  Fast
forward to 2008, and the Pizza Kitchen division of Maximillian's breathes
again.  Intense and vivid flavors are still here with some amazing new twists.
Welcome to Max's latest and oldest expression of the original menu that took
the culinary scene by storm back in 1991.  Stone baked pizzas from original 40
year old ovens from Brooklyn, New York are cranked high, pumping out killer
pizzas, calzones, and burritos.  Spicy and exotic flavors are here in abundance.
